About Eisenhower Blue:

Located just outside Colorado Springs, Colorado, our event is within 80 miles of Denver International Airport (DIA) and Colorado Springs (CSP).

Eisenhower Blue has a storied history as the premier military golf venue and is normally closed to outside play. Designed by Robert Trent Jones in 1960 at the behest of close friend President Eisenhower, the course has hosted numerous intercollegiate, CGA and regional events. Most recently, Eisenhower Blue was honored to host the USGA’s Junior Girls National Championship, the first USGA event held on an active military site.

While at The Event

Plan on two days golfing and enjoying the amenities of the most prestigious military course in America. For non-golfing guests, there is time to enjoy hiking, and Colorado Springs western hospitality

Attire

All activities, except for Dinner Saturday evening, are country club casual attire.  Dinner on Saturday evening is Country Club semi-formal (coat & tie for gentlemen).

About the Event

This will be the 20th annual gathering of the Robert Trent Jones Society. Here you will enjoy the company of fellow golfers and enthusiasts of Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and his works of art.

Take a deep dive into Society happenings while enjoying two days of friendly golf competition and networking with fellow RTJ Society Member Clubs.

This year’s event takes place in one of American’s great historic sites, the United States Air Force Academy. In addition to an included tour of the academy,  guests can enjoy the hallowed grounds with its spectacular vistas, monuments and trails. Colorado Springs has numerous museums, parks and the historic Broadmoor.

Saturday’s dinner entertainment has yet to be formalized.

Last year we were thoroughly entertained by Tom Coyne, best selling author of several golf books, most recently “A Course Called America.”
